Itinerary A : From Aswan to Abu Simbel

    Monday: Arrival at Aswan

    Our representative will meet and assist you upon arrival at Aswan Airport, and then he will accompany you to your Nile Cruise to check in. Lunch will be served on board , then enjoy the view of the lake , in the evening your dinner will be served on board ,Overnight on board. Meals: Lunch & Dinner.

    Tuesday: Kalabsha Temple

    After enjoying your breakfast on board, the cruise will start sailing to visit Kalabsha temple which was originally built around 30 BC during the early Roman Era, and it was dedicated to Mandulis one of the Nubian Gods, and then visit the Temple of Beit El Wali which is a rock-cut temple, built by the famous king Ramesses II, then you will back to the cruise and enjoy your lunch on board, then continue sailing to Wadi El Seboua, Overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

    Wednesday: Wadi El Seboua, Dakka and Amada Temples

    After having breakfast on board , you will start your tour to Wadi El Seboua or Valley of the Lions because of the sphinx-lined approach to the temple forecourts , it’s a site of two temples ,dates back to the New kingdom ,then journey onto the nearby temple of Dakka, which is a site of the Greco-Roman Era ,dedicated to Thot the God of Wisdom in the Ancient Egyptian mythology , after enjoying these amazing sites you will back to the cruise and sail to Amada with lunch on board , then once the cruise arrive to Amada , you will visit the temple of Amada, which consider to be the oldest temple of Nubia ,was constructed by king Thutmose III of 18th dynasty New kingdom and it was dedicated to the Gods, Amun and Re-Horakhty , many other kings restored the site in 19th dynasty , then you will back to the cruise , relax and enjoy the view of the lake Nasser , dinner will be served on board and Overnight in Amada. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

    Thursday: Abu Simbel Temples

    The cruise will start sailing early morning while you are enjoying your Breakfast on board your first stop will be a visit to Kasr Ibrim, and Due to the location of this ancient site, it is not possible to dock there, so passengers will be able to take photos from the ship’s sundeck with panoramic view, then the cruise will sail again to the final destination Abu Simbel where you will have a wonderful opportunity to discover the amazing sites of Abu Simbel. Two temples were built by king Ramesess II, one for him and one for his beautiful wife Nefertari, the twin temples were originally carved out of the mountainside in the 13th century BC, situated on the western bank of Lake Nasser, the complex is part of UNESCO world Heritage site known as the Nubian monuments, The great Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re and to Ramsses II himself. The small Temple was dedicated to the goddess Hathor and Ramesses II’s consort Nefertari, this was in fact the second time in ancient Egyptian history that a temple was dedicated to a Queen. *You will have the opportunity to see the incredible Sound & Light Show in Abu Simbel. (Highly recommended). Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

    Friday: Temples of Abu Simbel

    Our representative will meet and assist you upon arrival at Abu Simbel Airport , and will accompany you to your Nile Cruise to check in, then you will have lunch on board before your visit the magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel , which built by the famous pharaoh Ramesess II , approximately 1264 BC and lasted for about 20 years until 1244 BC , known as the temple of Ramesess , beloved by Amun ,it was one of six rock temples built in Nubia during the long reign of RamesessII , The salvage of Abu Simbel temples began in 1964 by a multinational team work . *optional ‘Sound and Light spectacular’ at Abu Simbel (highly recommended), then you will back to the Nile cruise for dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Lunch & Dinner.

    Saturday: Amada Temple

    After breakfast, the Nile cruise will sail to Kasr Ibrim. You will enjoy a full view of the site from the cruise sundeck (entrance not permitted)., then continue Sailing to Amada ,and enjoying lunch on board ,after lunch start your visit to Amada Temple, which is the oldest temple built in Nubia , dedicated to the gods Amun and Re-Horakhty, built by king Thutmoses III of 18th dynasty new kingdom and continued by many other kings , after you enjoy your trip back to the cruise and enjoy the sailing to Wadi el Seboua , and dinner will be served on board , overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

    After having Breakfast on board , you will start your to Wadi el Seboua ,valley of the lionesses , named for the avenue of sphinxes which led to the temple , which is a rock-cut temple of Ramesses II , then after you will visit the Dakka temple , which is a site of the Greco-Roman era ,dedicated to Thot the god of wisdom in the ancient Egyptian mythology, then continue Sailing to Aswan , dinner will be served on board, then after dinner you will enjoy a folkloric Nubian Show. Overnight Aswan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

    After breakfast disembark your Nile cruise for your visit to kalabsha temple , one of the most well-preserved temples , moved from its original site in 1970 by a team of west German engineers ,it was originally built around 30 BC during the early roman era , and it was dedicated to Mandulis one of the Nubian gods , then you will visit the nearby temple of Beit El Wali which is a rock-cut temple , built by the famous king Ramesses II, after you enjoy your trip you will be transferred to Aswan Airport . Meals: Breakfast.
